Cabin at Redstone 8/22-26

Good People--Jan's brothers, sisters, in laws, partners, as well as my side of the family, Amanda and boyfriend Ben all came at one time or another. The cabin had great views, quiet except for the sound of the Crystal River, very spacious, well layed out (2 master suites + 2 bedrooms and a den with futon) and very well stocked (deer and hummingbirds). Easy to find for some and not so for others.
If you are planing a trip up near Aspen, let us know, we would highly recommended this cabin.
Good Food--One thing for sure we eat well when we get together. Lots of Olathe corn, Ken's home grown vegetables, and Delta peaches were eagerly consumed at every meal. The refreshments fit the occasion and they were healthy--Amanda/Ben brought fruity beer.
Good Exercise--A short 2 mile walk to town, a short hike up to Avalanche Creek and that was it. My bike took the trip but we were too far from pavement to get out.
Great Retirement--Family is soooooooooooooooo important and dear to our hearts.
